1. Location 2. Excellent Breakfast. The lady in the restaurant was very cheerful. The welcoming attitude makes your day.. 3. Friendly and helpful Staff.
The heaters were not working in both rooms. The staff managed to get only one oil heater and asked us to adjust with extra blankets for another room. The temperature was below zero.

Superb location, lovely staff
Super friendly staff. The location is perfect, you can easily take the metro, bus or tram. But it's actually walking distance from the city centre.
Daily cleaning was not so good some days.

Nice hotel with good location (close to the tram and metro station). The room was clean. The breakfast was good . The staff was friendly. Nothing to complain.
